Exterior spaces are an important aspect of our lives providing places to relax and enjoy nature and being out doors. Whilst plants and paving are obvious garden features, care also needs to be taken with shaping, contouring and hard landscape features in order to create spaces which are practical, flexible & proportionally comfortable.

Before: This section in Ohakune was a blank canvas.The brief involved creating a landscaping solution which required little maintenance, no lawns, a series of spaces which linked the different zones of the proposed contemporary mountain chalet and incorporated a large eight person spa with a view of Mt Ruapehu.
